In 2001, he and his wife Caroline Morey launched a small ngociant business, sourcing grapes and producing wines under their own label. By 2005, they formally established Domaine Pierre Yves Colin Morey, combining family vineyard holdings with newly acquired parcels. Today, the domaine cultivates
