60’s Blue Floral On White Pique Dress NONE Lots of lace60's blue floral on white pique' fabric has matching belt. The dress has princess seam pockets, a kick pleat at the center back hem and a broad front collar that comes to a point in the back and is finished with a decorative bow. There is a center back zipper that does not come up to the neck. There is some discoloration from bleeding and one of the fabric belt loops is missing but a thread loop replacement is there. Neck 30" Bust 38" Waist 32" Hip 40
