It features short puffed shoulder sleeves with small gathered detail at the hem, darted bodice with a v neck notched collar and black plastic button closure to the fitted waist, flared just below the knee length skirt with black cotton lining, and side seam pockets, yay! This sweet (sorta 90s does 40s style)
