The movement of the chiffon is beautiful. Underneath there is a built in tulle petticoat, followed by a satin lining and then a light chiffon on top! The color is a delightful seafoam green which may not translate authentically on some computers. I've attached a Pantone swatch (not from the dress) that closely captures the true color.
