80's Black Crushed Velvet Long Skirt mcm cheongsam some crackling on the surfaceAn ankle length skirt with elastic waist, blocked on the top half with crushed black velvet and on the bottom with a patchwork of red plaid and repeat of the velvet. The fabric is cotton and rayon. It's sized a Petite Small and measures 24" to 28" around the waist and the length is 36". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Small. Catalog # 6251
