Passiflora Resistenza P00931-P00072 oxidized sterling silver ear wiresThis elegant "Resistenza" series work features a range of earthtones and soft pastels with murrini patterns highlighting each side. Using a combination of caneworking, murrini, and blowing techniques, the artist first arranges colored rods and patterned glass tiles, fuses them together, and then blows the piece into its final shape. These works are double encased in clear glass for depth and stability. All of Patchen's pieces have flat satin finished
