Hat measures 6" in diameter, and inner diameter of crown is 5. 5". Height of crown is 1. 25". Fabric is velvet over a stiffened base; trimmed with prong set rhinestones. No label, no lining. Very good condition with no damage to hat itself; there are some breaks in netting. Hat has two small combs to help keep it on your head. True colors are black and clear. **A note on
