LIGHT BLUE day dress, pointed open spread collars, notched lapel, button front bodice, darted bust, fishscale textured front & two (2) button, long sleeve, barrel cuffs. Nipped waist, partial knife pleat full skirt, falls to just below knee with 3. 5 inch internal hem for letting down. Side belt loops (missing belt). Looks great with or without crinoline.
