Black Straw Wide Brimmed Hat by Mr. Charles denim bell bottoms No label but it was1960s wide brimmed straw hat by Mr. Charles. This hat is in great shape with no tears or discoloration. The hat has a 2" wide fabric band with large bow. Measurements: 15" wide, 16" long, 5" tall crown, 21" interior circumference, 42" around outer brim.
