40s Vintage Brown Felt Hat With Brim Ruffles And Veil By New York Creations 1950s cocktail suit black silk satin Puff shoulders with long sleeves1940s vintage New York Creations brown felt hat with a large ruffled brim and full face veil. A smaller shaped and formed hat. The small Forties film noir era hat has a double row of felt ruffles in the front. They continue to the side. It is a dark chocolate brown felt. In some photos it may show as having a rust tint, it does not. The brown veil is attached to the front and stops at the sides It is unlined with a narrow ribbon inner band. A small
