plaid pencil mermaid skirt farmercore waist is 24-27 inchesthis classy lil piece tight tight pencil skirt that flares out at the bottom, waist measures at 26 inches and its 24 inches long! the fabric does have a lil bit of stretch but not a ton. my hips measure at 37 inches and i wouldnt say it would stretch more than an inch or two past that .. but yo its got cute little belt loops.
