The 2024 Torzi Matthews 'Vigna Cantina' Prosecco is made using the traditional Martinotti Charmat method, whereby the wine is fermented in tank as opposed to bottle. Produced from Prosecco grown in the Barossa, this is an aromatic sparkling wine
