Aged for 10 months on the lees in neutral oak barrels. Tasting notes: nose is lemon and pineapple, honeycomb, yellow roses, juniper, salt lick, mountain herbs. Palate is meyer lemon, orange rind, pineapple, Speyside scotch y type underbrush notes, chamomile and yellow blossoms.
