Austria, Imperial. A 1915 Austro-German Southern Campaign Badge consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac marked on reverse "RZM SS(Erster Weltkrieg Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded bronze, vertical pinback, the reverse maker marked Gurschner, Wien, measuring 26 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
