Yeringberg Babyberg White Blend 2024 primitivo The Rosso is 100% SangioveseBabyberg is where Sandra de Pury gets to play. Its a new project for Yeringbergs younger vines, with a bit more freedom in the winemaking and a fresh take on what the estate can be. This white blend flips the classic Marsanne Roussanne combo on its head, bringing texture, grip and a more savoury vibe into the mix. The Marsanne makes up the bulk of it and spent about three weeks on skins, adding structure and a bit of chew. The Roussanne was pressed
