Domaine Baudouin Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir 2023 trentino-alto-adige Iron rich soilsThe fruit is sourced from a small 40 years old vineyard plot in Vaudesir, with the vines sitting on a layer of clay topsoil which gives this Grand Cru its unique characteristics. The fruit undergoes traditional vinification and elevage on its lees for twelve months. 50% in stainless steel tanks. 50% in second and third fill French oak barrels for depth and texture.
