Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, overlaid by double sided white cotton discs which are oriented off centre toward the hoist edge, each measuring 72 cm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for suspension, unmarked, measuring 184 cm (w) x 100 cm (h), demonstrating minor and age appropriate soiling throughout but with no notable
