In silver and enamels, a red cross featuring a double headed eagle with the Red Cross emblem on the center, surmounted by a royal crown, measures 40 mm (w) x 62. 5 mm (h), worn on original white trifold ribbon, dark patina, enamels intact, in very fine condition.
