A Heer EM NCOs overseas cap insignia, constructed of dark green rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition. 2. A Heer EM NCOs overseas cap insignia, constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine
