Made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested strictly by hand, it is the result of fermentation at a controlled temperature with maceration for approximately 20 days. It matures for 30 months in oak barrels of different sizes, then refines for a further 8 months in the bottle. It is
