Initial skin contact was followed by 7 days of cool fermentation with our Rhône isolate yeast and hand-plunging three times daily

fresh herb and red fruit scents followed by subtle meaty earth and spicy cedar notes

Brokenwood Pinot Gris 2025 a-mano Flavours of black cherryPinot Gris grapes can be quite coloured, even pink in some years; this wine is a lovely yellow green. The initial palate of ginger, pear and beeswax is carried by a zesty acidic backbone. Excellent fruit weight on the palate and not too high in alcohol at 12. 6%. A delightful Pinot Gris that just asks to be consumed.
