An Order Of Cultural Merit, Commander, Type I, C.1935 Newly Listed Riding WhipsType I (1930 1940): A rare first type of this award, in silver with purple enamels, with bust of Carol I, measuring 50. 8 mm x 72. 2 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, on an original full length neck ribbon designating "Religion", 2 minor chips, pleasing tone, extremely fine.
