The hand carved buttons are made from Sydney Pinctada Maxima mother of pearl, cultivated off the coast of Australia. To make this garment, 22 steps are completed by hand in our atelier in Naples: every millimetre, every single atom of a Kiton shirt is infused with experience. Savoir fair is alive in every
