Tran - PH Neutral PVA Adhesive Glue Size:4oz 1” diameter x 1” highTRAN Neutral pH PVA Adhesive is an adhesive with excellent lay flat properties used for creating collages, bookbinding and paper crafts. The white adhesive is made of polyvinyl acetate (PVA), dries clear and fast with low odor. Adheres to porous surfaces permanently.
