An Ss – Sd Officer’s Sleeve Diamond Insignia Newly Listed 1916 and was later namedAn SS SD Officers Sleeve Diamond Insignia constructed of flat silver wire on top of black wool diamond shaped base, and edged in silver twisted wire; with standard buckram backing; measures approximately 80mm x 51mm, in extremely fine condition. "SD" indicates Sicherheits Dienst (SS Security Services). (C38)
