In silvered and gilt bronze with red enamels, French made version, measuring 31 mm (w) x 57. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced suspension, original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Combat Veteran's Medal was instituted on April 24, 1957, for service during hostilities.
