Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a raised boar, situated above an inscription of WILDE SAU (WILD PIG) for the noted fighter wing Jagdgeschwader 300, the reverse bearing an etched inscription of JAGT=GESCHWADER WILDE SAU II STAFFEL, featuring three holes for suspension, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
