Description

culminating in a refreshingly sweet finish

We use a blend of mostly acidic apples including Baya Marisa (red fleshed apple) to make a refreshing rose with a beautiful natural pink hue

Farming leans toward minimal intervention

the wine is medium-bodied with firm yet refined tannins and a vibrant acidity

keeping the fruit lively and the tannins fine-grained
