Vintage Martin Luther King, Jr. “Avery Clayton” Poster biker Deadstock t-shirt from the 90'sMartin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968. During his lifetime, King was a champion of Civil Rights. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964, the year after he delivered his famous "I Have A Dream" speech at the March on Washington. This poster advocated for the national recognition of Martin Luther King day, something that wouldn't happen until 1983, 15 years after his death.
