As worn (together) on a peaked cap from May of 1941 till mid 1942
marked “Slovensky Cerveny Kruz” (Slovakian Red Cross) and “Po Patrocnej Vzornej Sluzbe” (After Five Years’ Exemplary Service) and numbered “1450” on reverse
The interior is lined in white cotton and is stamped in black ink "MÜTZEN-RITTER FREIBURG I
