Woodlawn Three Wishes Pinot Noir 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case dark walnutsThere are two clones of Pinot Noir in Three Wishes Vineyard. The unknown clones occupy most of the site, and a small portion of MV6 is also present. The MV6 at this site is very low yielding and packs a heap of flavour and structure. Ricky upped the bunch component to 40% this year to match the concentration from the low yields. Maturation occurred in old barriques for 11 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. The wine then matured in the
