Constructed of blackened and silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from a period original ribbon stitched into a parade format with a horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte the obverse bearing three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm bearing a reinstitution date of 1870, the twelve oclock arm bearing a crowned initial W, the reverse with visible rivets securing the obverse features in
