Constructed of paper, consisting of a faux United States $10 banknote, the obverse with partial Serbo Croatian text, the reverse with inscriptions in German, Croatian, and Serbian Cyrillic imploring the bearer to surrender with safe conduct, measuring 184 mm (w) x 78 mm (h), material fatigue evident throughout, in overall near very fine condition.
