The Eden Valley block on the Eastern Side of Springton was planted to make brandy back in 1855
It’s a wild assortment of exotic fruit flavours
On the palate this wine is well-balanced and displays notes of blackcurrants
The wine is then moved into tanks at a controlled temperature for malo-lactic fermentation

Tua Rita Rosso de Notri IGT 2022 Size::6 Bottle Case The Eden Valley block onThis youthful offering from Tua Rita is 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Franc, harvested in September from vineyards in the foothills of Suvereto, a small hilltop village in Tuscany. After a gentle pressing, the wine is aged for three months in French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
