Clyde Park Estate Shiraz 2022 Size::6 Bottle Case Roses and RaspberriesThis blend is from the 2 blocks of Shiraz planted to PT23 clone. Fermented in small batches the final blend incorporates 20% whole bunch wild fermentation and was matured for 10 months in 20% new oak puncheons. A lighter opaque crimson red with violet hues.
