Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1810 1829 issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion, bearing a raised hand painted eagle clutching a green enameled laurel crown, within a ribbed silver ring, in turn surrounded by a white enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of
