Constructed of silver gilt, consisting of a double headed crowned eagle, clutching an orb and a sword on each claw, with an enameled blue shield on its chest inscribed the letter F, surrounded by an enameled green laurel wreath, denoting 3rd Class War Decoration, with beneath Iron crown in silver gilt
