The front of the cap is ordained with two German manufactured insignia, consisting of a Kriegsmarine eagle and wreath with cockade. The eagle is constructed of gilt aluminum in the shape of a National eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika. The wreath is constructed of extremely fine quality twisted, rolled and flat gold
