round and slightly earthy with spice and oat notes
This wine has been released whilst tightly wound (and delicious) in its youth
but is tempered by a fine thread of acidity and delicate chalky texture
It has a south-facing exposure - directly facing the start of the Côte Chalonnaise - and lies on the slope at an altitude of between 290 and 400 metres
