Germany. A Gendarmerie Nco’s Visor Cap Hold and signed "A(Gendarmerie Schirmmtze). The exterior of the cap is constructed of average quality field gray wool. It features a traditional high peak crown with tightly seated and even orange piping, indicative of Gendarmerie, running along the crown of the cap, as well as the top and bottom edges of the cap band. The cap band itself is constructed of light brown wool. On the front of the cap is a metal tri colour cockade with a traditional silvered feinzink
