Gumez Sierra Morena Palido Seco NV william-murdoch Color: Ruby red with pink/maroonBodegas Gomez in the Sierra Morena region produces a wonderful aperitif wine from Pedro Ximnez and Palomino grape varieties. Straw yellow color, on the nose a hint of bitter almonds and dried fruits, on the palate nice and dry, but with a soft texture. Very complex and deep. Try to sip it with some freshly made Tapas!
