There is depth to the nose indicating there are reserves of complex aromas yet to develop and be exhibited in the wine
Mouth-filling and seemingly almost off-dry
loam soils and water-holding capacity
100% destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast in tank after separating free run and press juices with no SO2 for ageing and just 1 mg SO2 at bottling after 12 months ageing in older barrels before blending in tank and ageing for another 6 months
Bondar Fiano 2025 Size::1 Bottle Our perfumed Rosé reminds usFresh, pure, dry and textural. One of the rising star white varieties of McLaren Vale. Made mostly in tank to preserve the aromatic and varietal freshness, a small proportion was fermented and aged in old French barrels to enhance the texture and complexity.
