Iron Cross Second Class 1939 certificate_of_authenticity Victory 1 on October 22Iron center, unmarked, ring soldered incorrectly (!) on oposite side of the cross, however cross appears worn. Without ribbon, in very good condition. Odd cross, manufactured incorrectly.
