Finishing occurs in stainless steel vats to avoid flavor contamination from used oak barrels and to allow the distiller to determine the perfect time to stop the steeping process
It's a blend of 15-year-old light whiskey distilled from corn by Seagrams (Indiana) in 2008
lingering essences of salt air and measured peat smoke
making it the oldest barrel in the lot
Each barrel is aged between 8-10 years before being selected by Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell
