Constructed of hand embroidered gilded flat, twisted, and rolled bullion wire, with rayon strings outlining the wings and body of the eagle; on a brown slightly sun faded wool backer; with a rayon backer and a black paper backer; measuring 90 mm (w) x 58 mm (h); in overall extremely fine condition.
