La Manufacture Chablis 2022 Size::1 Bottle From the San Lorenzo vineyardBright pale colour with some greenish hints. Typical nose of lemon with a slight mineral touch. Vigorous and tensed mouth with a deep intensity and clear aromas. A typical Chablis to be drunk on its freshness. Age of Vines: 20 50 years old. Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts for 15 days, followed by malolactic in stainless steel tanks. Elevage: 8 months in stainless steel tanks and 10 25% in oak barrels
