With aromatic floral spice of blossom and quince, the palate is slippery and luscious. Created from the Peglidis vineyard, the handpicked fruit is handled oxidatively in the winery and is fermented 100% with indigenous yeast in twenty year old French oak barriques. While left to sit on lees in the oak for 4 months the wine is stirred regularly
