Maturation is typically 10 15% in French oak barrels with the balance in stainless steel vats for a period of 9 to 10 months. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright dark red purple hue. Aromas of red and dark cherries are interwoven with hints of strawberry fruit, forest floor, light dried meats and subtle spicy herb notes. Light in body but
