Germany, Heer. A 1940 Western Front Bronze Statue, By H. Von Beusekom Auction Margaret Naples of Peterborough(Heer Statuette). Constructed of bronze, consisting of a depiction of a Heer soldier executed in exceptional detail with all uniform insignia and accessories clearly identifiable, with the figure advancing forward and clutching a stick grenade which he is about to throw towards the enemy position ahead, situated atop a rectangular plinth, with one side engraved with an inscription reading WESTFRONT 1940, II. ZUG, 7. KOMP., the bottom revealing two
