Tamagno, Francesco - Large Signed Portrait Inscribed to His Daughter Autographs composers Playbill for a recital ofStar Italian tenor (1850 1905), chosen by Verdi for the title role in the world premiere of Otello in 1887. He also was one of the first Italian tenors to have left recordings. Hand painted portrait in color, signed by artist M. Konarski, also signed by Tamagno who inscribed this large portrait to his daughter Margherita ("Alla mia adorata figlia Margherita Francesco Tamagno, 1 Giugnio 1891") Beautifully framed, extra large size, 25. 5 x 30. 25 inches
